Clear Creek Court

A resident-owned community

Welcome Home!

Clear Creek Court Community, Inc., is a resident-owned manufactured home community in Havre, Mont. Clear Creek Court is located on the Canadian border and only two hours from Great Falls. Our ideal setting allows for easy access to U.S. Highway 2 and we are in the middle of the Hi-Line, a beautiful stretch of road in the northern most part of Montana. We are a friendly neighborhood for people who love outdoor activities and living in a small town.

Chinook is 20 miles away, where we enjoy restaurants, shopping, hiking and afternoon picnics. Blaine County Wildlife Museum is a fun day trip visit that features native Montana wildlife. Just seven minutes from Montana State University – Northern, we are centrally located for easy access to all Havre has to offer.

Clear Creek Court is owned by the Community Members who live here – we are a resident owned community (ROC).

We own it

The Member homeowners of Clear Creek Court control the rent and make the rules. On Nov. 26, 2019, the ROC purchased the land and infrastructure, such as the roads and water lines. Now, a democratically elected Board of Directors manages the business of running Clear Creek Court Community Inc. Every Member household in the community has a say in who sits on the Board, how we spend our money, the annual budget, and whether we make changes to the rent.

We’re also part of a national network of more than 250 ROCs just like us. That membership provides us with access to expert coaching on how to run our ROC, leadership development and training, communication with dozens of community leaders who face many of the same issues we do, and more. Life in Clear Creek Court is truly different than in a commercially owned community – we invite you to find out firsthand how that difference makes living here so much better.
